She offered to step in given that i could not get claims to provide a supervisor or single source on a more authorized or professional level. She provided an option with regard to a repair, which unfortunately, I learned my car damage is beyond ( from a neighbor who backef into my passenger door) however, it was great to be able to have somebody dedicated to help in the situation. She is courteous and listens and is a great communicator."

The company pays claims when they have to, even though often a difficult process but Jane, Alison, Cathy and all of their staff have always been there to take a call , handle a request, make changes, bind coverages, Etc the main difference with having an agent is the more personalized connection which may not be available with a website. State farm as a company is strong and their rates are competitive sometimes higher and sometimes lower. As many carriers do, i have caught them playing rating games but I can't penalize the agent for issues beyond their control. If you need a caring agent that's been around for decades, Jane Freilich will help you. Thanks for all you do"
