I switched from GEICO to Statefarm as GEICO screwed me over 3 thousand dollars at their recommended body shop over the price difference of after-market VS OEM coverage for my Tesla. After that experience, I was scared of getting screwed over again.

My fears went away when I spoke with Matthew and was wildly surprised at how wonderful and straightforward the customer service is here at this agency. Matthew specifically went and put the effort to speak with legal and look over Statefarm's policy to ensure I was informed on my decision and coverage as a Tesla owner.

The overall structure of State Farm here in Florida is great, as they educate their customers on the decisions they make and work towards ensuring customer satisfaction. Their quote was cheaper than my current coverage at GEICO as well, which is always a plus. Loved my experience switching with them, will continue to keep my policy with these folks.

The customer service really makes the difference here for me.

"Jane provided me with exceptional customer service when unfortunately I felt I didn’t get proper communication from claims- and the situation was complicated with regard to repairing my car and accommodation needs. She offered to step in given that i could not get claims to provide a supervisor or single source on a more authorized or professional level.
